Q: Is it possible to deliver luggage from a hotel in Seoul to a hotel in Busan, Gyeongju, Jeonju, Sokcho, Andong, Daegu on the same day?

A: Same-day delivery is available. The luggage will be delivered by 8:00 PM (KST) on the same day.

Q: I am planning to deliver luggage from hotel to hotel, but I would like it to be delivered the next day instead of the same day. Is this possible?

A: Yes, it is possible. However, same-day delivery is the default for deliveries within the capital area (Seoul and Incheon). You must contact us after making your reservation to request a change to the delivery date. If no contact is made, the luggage will be delivered the same evening, and we will not be responsible for any issues that arise as a result.

Q: Is Airbnb available?

A: This service is designed for to and from hotel front desks. If you are not staying at a hotel, please send us the following 3 details via Line business app

① Room number (or floor number if no room number available)

② Exact location where the luggage will be left

③ Password for the building’s main entrance (1st floor)

※ If your accommodation has no front desk, delivery will be made to your door. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items in such cases. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Q: What are the pick-up and delivery times?

Seoul, Incheon, and parts of Gyeonggi-do (KRW 25,000): Picked up after 10:00 AM and delivered around 4:00 PM.

Delivery from Seoul to hotels in Busan, Gyeongju, Jeonju, Sokcho, Andong, or Daegu (KRW 50,000): Picked up after 10:00 AM and delivered around 8:00 PM.

Delivery from hotels in Busan, Gyeongju, Jeonju, Sokcho, Andong, or Daegu to Seoul, Incheon, or parts of Gyeonggi-do (KRW 50,000): Picked up after 10:00 AM and delivered around 8:00 PM.

Luggage Storage (Before 10:00 AM on the Reservation Date):

Store your luggage at the designated location (hotel front desk, luggage storage room, or in front of your door) by 10:00 AM.

Ensure to send a photo of the luggage along with your reservation number via KakaoTalk Open Chat or LINE.

Important Notice:

If the contact is not made, the luggage pickup may not be processed. Any issues arising from this will be the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Timing:

Within the capital area (Seoul/Incheon/Gyeonggi/Busan): Same-day evening delivery is standard.

Outside the capital area: Delivery will occur the following evening.

[Hotel to Hotel Delivery Process]

Luggage Storage (Before 10:00 AM):

Store your luggage at the hotel front desk or designated storage area by 10:00 AM. Take a photo of the luggage or the storage receipt.

Send Confirmation:

Send the luggage photo along with your reservation number via KakaoTalk Open Chat or LINE Business.

Pickup Time:

Luggage pickup will be completed between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Warehouse Processing:

Luggage will be checked into our logistics warehouse by 1:00 PM.

Delivery Process:

Delivery will start at 5:00 PM. Luggage will be delivered to the hotel front desk or storage area by approximately 8:00 PM.

Emergency Contact:

If the luggage has not been delivered by 10:00 PM, please use the emergency contact for assistance.

Damage Policy

Damage Assessment:

The condition of the luggage will be assessed at the time of pickup, so we recommend taking a photo of your luggage when you drop it off. If the condition of the luggage is not confirmed at the time of pickup, we will not be able to provide compensation for any damage.

Transportation and Safety:

While we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, minor scratches or marks may occur during transportation. We recommend using a suitcase cover for extra protection.

Excess Weight:

Damages caused by excess weight will be considered the customer’s responsibility, and we will not provide compensation.

Non-Impact Damages:

Damage not caused by external impact (e.g., damage to old products, defects such as worn-out wheels or handles) is not eligible for compensation.

Liability and Compensation:

[Lost Items] If the luggage is lost, we will compensate up to 500,000 KRW. (If the responsibility lies with our company)

[Damaged Items] If the luggage is damaged, compensation will be provided based on the extent of the damage, with a maximum of 200,000 KRW.

In accordance with our company standards, we will compensate for luggage parts or provide depreciation-based compensation (regardless of the original purchase price), up to 200,000 won.
