Terms of Use
Terms for using MOYEO KOREA travel planning, information and booking request services.

MOYEO KOREA is operated by Moyeo Korea, represented by Sung-hoon Lim, business registration number 497-05-034**. These terms apply to use of this website. Each product and booking process separately identifies the provider, price, service conditions and cancellation terms. These terms and product conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
2. Services and booking channels
We offer saved places, shared trip rooms, suggested itineraries, place information and links to external booking sites. Service products requested through MOYEO KOREA require provider review before confirmation. Bookings made on external sites follow those sites’ and providers’ booking, payment, change and cancellation procedures. We may receive an affiliate commission for qualifying external bookings.
3. Accounts and shared trips
Provide accurate contact details and keep your password secure. Do not impersonate others or add personal data without permission. Itineraries, saved candidates and notes added to a trip room may be shared with its members. Obtain any necessary permission before entering a companion’s details, and do not upload medical records, passports or card details to shared rooms. You may request account closure through our contact channel.
4. Suggested itineraries and place information
Suggested itineraries help you plan; they do not automatically book or secure transport, rooms or tickets. Opening hours, closures, prices, weather and transport conditions can change. Check current information before visiting. A self-reported booking-complete label in an itinerary is a user record, not a provider-issued confirmation. Report errors so we can review and correct them.
5. Booking requests and payment
Entering a preferred date or sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Check the confirmed date and conditions in My bookings after provider review. Before paying, check the recipient, amount, inclusions, deposit, balance payable on site and cancellation terms. We do not impose undisclosed charges or additional paid services without agreement.
6. Changes, cancellation and refunds
The product conditions disclosed and agreed at booking apply together with applicable law. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or an undisclosed fee rate. Receiving a change or cancellation request is distinct from completing it. We will verify the refundable amount and processing outcome. 7. Content and prohibited conduct
Photos, descriptions and other content belong to their respective rights holders. Unauthorised reproduction or resale, false bookings, account intrusion, unlawful content and disruption are prohibited. User content is processed as needed to provide the service and the sharing features selected by the user. Where a report or violation is substantiated, access may be limited as necessary, with reasons and a way to raise objections where possible.
8. Responsibility and disputes
MOYEO KOREA remains responsible for its own services and attributable conduct under applicable law. Identifying an external provider’s role does not waive our legal obligations. Clinical decisions and treatment are provided by the medical institution; treatment results are not guaranteed. Disputes may first be raised through our contact channel. Applicable law and court jurisdiction are determined under the relevant laws.
9. Changes to these terms
Changes to services or these terms will be announced on the website with their effective date. Material or adverse changes will be notified in advance and consent obtained where required. Revised terms alone do not retroactively change an existing booking’s confirmed price or agreed conditions.
