Please note that admission tickets are not included in this activity. You may purchase the tickets by your own on the site, or we can provide booking service before departure as well. For information on included fees, please refer to the package details.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
This activity includes 4 or 10 hours of private charter service (optional), a Chinese or English driver, driver meals, fuel fees, toll fee.
Additional costs may include parking fee, attraction tickets, addition service (airport pickup or drop-off, early departure service), baby seats, over-time and exceeding kilometer fees, and so on.
When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed?
The operator will contact you via the contact you provided (WhatsApp, WeChat, or LINE) before your departure of 2-3 days to discuss the route. We will provide the driver information and car plate number in the afternoon ( 13:00~18:00pm ) before departure date.
Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
All packages are set by default for pickup and drop-off in Seoul City only.
If you would like to arrange pickup or drop-off outside of Seoul, please note that an additional fee will be charged.
Is this activity available for multi-day travel services?
We do nor offer multi-day services currently. If you need to travel over multiple days, please book each day individually.

You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

We accept one pick-up point only. If starting from different points, please book separately.

Departure time will be decided based on the guest's itinerary.
For round trip hotel transfers, please fill in the full address of your hotel in Seoul city at checkout.
The service time must be computed depending on the driver's departure time from Seoul for pick-ups outside of Seoul. If you need to drop off in a location other than Seoul, the service time must include the driver's return to Seoul.
Vehicle Rental
The vehicle type for groups of 1-6 and 7-10 passengers will be determined based on the number of passengers and amount of luggage.
Please ensure to specify the precise number of passengers and amount of luggage on the payment page. If you have additional luggage beyond handbags, an extra piece of luggage can be accommodated for each passenger fewer than the vehicle's capacity. A stroller or wheelchair is considered one piece of luggage. If you have a substantial amount of luggage, we recommend booking a larger vehicle to ensure ample space.
Kindly understand that the supplier cannot be held responsible if the vehicle capacity does not align on the day of service due to inaccurate information provided during booking.

Please reserve a baby seat for children under 6 years old. Due to limited availability of baby seats and the capacity constraints of each vehicle, we kindly request that you make your reservation in advance and specify the child's age.
The service hour includes the driver back to Seoul, if you would like to get off anywhere out of Seoul, please notice the overtime charge would still be calculated as well.
For a total driving distance exceeding 500km, an additional fee of KRW 10,000 per every 10km will be applied.
All surcharges are payable in CASH directly to the driver.
Our driver will prioritize using free parking whenever possible. In cases where free parking is not available, the driver will discuss and settle the fees with you by presenting the parking receipts. We advise having KRW 50,000 in cash on hand for unforeseen circumstances. If you feel that our guide has delivered exceptional service, we recommend showing appreciation by offering a gratuity to acknowledge their efforts.
