Hanbok Profile Packages are conducted based on a pre-set concept, so please note that we may not be able to accommodate custom styling requests or the use of accessories or makeup styles that do not match the hanbok theme.
To ensure the best results for your valuable hanbok photo session, we kindly ask that you come with your makeup and hairstyle already done.
Please note that there will be no extra time provided on-site for preparation, as the outfit selection and changing process will begin immediately upon arrival.
What to wear
Please wear a top that opens completely at the front (with zippers or buttons) so it’s easy to change into a hanbok.

Cancellation
You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 15 minutes or more

Our experience service is designed exclusively for each guest, requiring a private space and a dedicated preparation process. Once a reservation is confirmed, the time slot and our professional staff are assigned solely to you.
To provide flexibility, we offer a 72-hour cancellation policy. However, due to the nature of our hair and makeup services, it is often difficult to reassign the reserved time to another guest when cancellations are made close to the appointment date.
We kindly ask that you make your reservation thoughtfully, taking your schedule into consideration, and request cancellations or changes only when unavoidable. This allows us to ensure fairness for all guests who wish to book with us and to make the best use of the time and effort we dedicate to each client.
