This tour involves a considerable amount of walking and stairs. Please make sure you are fit enough to participate

Reservations may be unavailable depending on SBS's circumstances. If so, the CS team will contact you via email after booking.
This tour is not a self-guided event; it is conducted by a tour staff guide.
The stage lighting and broadcast cameras inside the venue may obstruct your view. However, refunds or seat changes are not permitted for this reason. We ask for your understanding.
The use of phone LEDs (light-up boards) or flash is prohibited.
After entering the studio, any photo or video recording, as well as audio recordings, are strictly prohibited. If detected, all materials will be deleted, and you will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
Individual actions within the broadcasting station are strictly prohibited. Please follow the staff's directions without exception.
Any inquiries regarding date changes must be made by contacting the CS team at least 7 days before the date by 4:00 PM.
Attendees cannot leave the venue for any reason during the show. In special circumstances, please notify the on-site staff in advance.
The entry of any food or beverages, including bottled water, is prohibited.
Use of the restrooms is not allowed once you enter the venue.
Please indicate whether you will participate in the tour at the time of product purchase.
The artist lineup is usually announced every Friday after 2:00 PM (two days before the show) on the official SBS Inkigayo website.
The artist lineup will not be individually communicated to participants.
Changes or cancellations may occur even at the last minute on the day of the recording due to artist schedules or SBS adjustments.
The supplier is not responsible for any schedule changes or cancellations.
Cancellations of the Seoul tour may occur due to changes in SBS broadcasting schedules. No partial refund will be provided as the tour is a free benefit for program participants.
The tour route may change beforehand or during the tour due to weather conditions or other variables. * Tour courses may be subject to changes in case of rain, heavy snow, or extreme cold.
If you must come directly to the broadcasting station due to unavoidable circumstances, arriving after 2:00 PM, regardless of the reason, will result in a no-show, and no entry or refund will be allowed.
A passport must be presented during the check-in process. Entry will be denied (with no refund) if your identity cannot be verified (e.g., using another person’s passport due to resale).
Prohibitions & Limitations
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
Outside food and drinks are not allowed
Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
Pets are prohibited
Any form of recording is/are strictly prohibited inside the attraction

★Advance Notice Regarding Identity Verification & Unauthorized Entry★
1) Admission using another person's ID is not permitted. ☞During the identity verification process, we compare the photo on the ID with the customer's current appearance to confirm their identity.If you attempt to enter using someone else's ID, admission may be denied even if you claim that you are the person shown on the ID.
2) No exceptions are made for differences in appearance due to plastic surgery, makeup, photo retouching, or other reasons. ☞ Some customers may claim that the ID belongs to them and explain that their current appearance differs from the photo due to plastic surgery, makeup, or photo editing. However, identity verification is conducted based on basic facial features and overall appearance.Therefore, we may still be able to verify your identity even if your appearance has changed significantly. If we determine that it is difficult to confirm your identity because your current appearance differs from the photo on your ID, admission may be denied regardless of the reason.
3) Customers who may have difficulty passing identity verification are advised to prepare additional documentation in advance. ☞ If you are concerned that you may be denied admission because there is a significant difference between your ID photo and your current appearance, please prepare an additional form of identification or other photographic materials that can reasonably verify your identity in advance. At the venue, we will make every reasonable effort to verify your identity and assist you based on the submitted materials, within the scope of what can reasonably be accepted.
4) No refund will be provided if admission is denied due to unsuccessful identity verification. ☞ If we are unable to verify your identity because your current appearance does not sufficiently match the photo on your ID, admission may be denied, and no refund will be provided as a result.
5) If admission using another person’s ID is confirmed, admission may also be denied to the actual owner of the ID if they visit at a later time. ☞ When admission is ultimately denied at the venue, it is not uncommon for the actual owner of the ID to later visit the venue with the same ID and attempt to enter. In such cases, admission may also be denied. Therefore, please do not lend your ID to another person or attempt to enter using someone else’s ID.
