A professional pharmacist will conduct a detailed skin analysis using an advanced diagnostic device. This scientific approach helps to precisely understand your current skin condition and underlying concerns.
Step 2: 1:1 Pharmacist Consultation
Based on your test results, you will receive a personalized consultation. The pharmacist will provide expert skincare tips and product recommendations tailored specifically to your unique skin type.

Cancellation
Free cancellation (24 hours notice)
You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 15 minutes or more

Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service

It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
