Next, visit MAKESTAR, a real K-POP company, through an exclusive agency experience only available on this tour. Step inside the real K-POP industry and write a personal message or letter for your favorite artist to be forwarded by the company

Finally, enjoy KOKOON Show performed by real K-POP idols. After the performance, greet the idols and take photos with them for a memorable real-idol fan moment

In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund

If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 3 minutes or more

The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
