What to bring

Casual, comfortable attire and walking shoes are recommended. However, as the sunlight and UV index can be very strong along the coastal walking routes, please come well-prepared with sun protection (such as sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat or cap).

Please note that this is an intensive, high-energy fitness walking program covering approximately 10 km in 2 hours at a brisk pace of around 5 km/h. To fully enjoy this active coastal trek, a solid level of physical fitness and stamina is required. We kindly advise that this activity may not be suitable for those looking for a leisurely stroll or anyone with limited physical endurance.
