The salon may modify or decline the requested service if the guest’s hair or scalp condition is unsuitable.

Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service

Service duration is approximately 120 minutes but may vary depending on the selected service
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your confirmed appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as no-shows, and the appointment may be cancelled without refund
