Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late

The final price will be confirmed during the consultation and may vary depending on the guest’s hair condition, requested style, length, volume, extension method and number of extension pieces required
The voucher value will be deducted from the final price. Any remaining balance must be paid directly to the salon
Only one voucher may be used per guest. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined
Unused voucher credit cannot be refunded, carried forward or exchanged for cash

Service duration is approximately 120 minutes but may vary depending on the selected service
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your confirmed appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as no-shows, and the appointment may be cancelled without refund
